Let’s be real, that “I just got hit by a truck “ feeling after a few too many the night before is miserable. Liquid I.V. is essentially a hydration multiplier. It uses cellular transport technology, and one packet mixed into 16 oz. of water is equivalent to 48 oz. of straight water. There are a handful of different flavors available, my favorite is the passion fruit.

BELIEVE THE HYPE! These little packets are incredible. No, they’re not paying me to say this. This product has truly changed my life. I have had trouble with dehydration, causing chronic kidney discomfort, infections, and stones over the years.
